Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All genders aged between 60-75 years diagnosed with type 2 DM for >= 5 years willing to participate 2. HbA1c > 7 3. Scoring > 2/13 on Michigan Neuropathy Screening Instrument questionnaire, 4. Scoring >=1/10 on Michigan Neuropathy Screening Instrument physical assessment including impaired vibration perception

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants diagnosed with any other neurological conditions. 2. Musculoskeletal disorder such as fracture, dislocation, RA, knee joint flexion contracture, etc 3. Diagnosed with major vascular complication e.g. peripheral vascular disease 4. Foot ulcers or severe retinopathy or nephropathy 5. Inability to walk independently with or without an assistive device 6. Receiving any structured supervised physiotherapy intervention
