Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Myopic patients of 6â??13 year age group, Refractive error of -1.0 D to -6.0 D, Associated astigmatism of -1.5 D or less, Documented myopic progression of at least 0.5 D in the past year
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any other additional eye pathology other than myopia, Previous use of Atropine Eye drops, an allergy to atropine, or systemic ill health (e.g., cardiac or respiratory illness)
