Inclusion criteria: Age: 20- 80 years. Gender: Male, Female and Transgender. Patients who are already diagnosed with Madhumegam

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who does not know the Date, Time, and Place of birth. Patients who is not willing to sign the informed consent
