Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients underwent ACL reconstruction and minimum rehabilitation of 1week post-surgery and on regular follow-ups on 1st,3rd, and 6th months English speaking

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any other lower limb surgery along with the ACL reconstruction The patient undergoing an unsupervised exercise program for knee without a physiotherapist
