Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A patient suffering from any medical or surgical cardiac indication who was admitted to a cardiac intensive care unit Patients willing to sign Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not willing to sign the informed consent form Patients who are being transferred to other hospitals for treatment Patients who are in the cardiology ward
