Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients irrespective of gender and occupation will be considered for study.patients having the clinical features of dushta vrana will be included in study(wound size-0-10 cm2) 2 non healing traumatic ulcers will be included in study 3 patients were selected from age group of 18 to 70 years 4 controlled diabetes mellitus

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1wound caused due to extensive burn 2 gangrenous wounds,neurogenic ulcers, malignant ulcers, ischemic ulcers,venous ulcer,DVT will be excluded 3 wounds due to systemic pathologies like uncontrolled diabetesetc HIV,HbsAG and other immunological disorders will be excluded
