Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients between 20 and 60 years of age 2. Subjects with signs and symptoms of Avabahuka such as pain, stiffness and restricted range of motion in Shoulder joint and willing to participate in the study and have completed the consent form. 3. Type 2 DM will be included
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients below 20 and above 60 years of age 2.Patient with history of shoulder joint fracture and dislocation 3.History of recurrent fractures, bone diseases, tumors of bone 4.Pregnant and lactating women 5.Patients with insulin dependent diabetes mellitus 6.Diabetes mellitus with other systemic disease complication
