Intervention1: Mental Imagery along with SNAGs: Subjects will be given an audio with the exercises instructions on it, where they have to perform it mentally and not physically along with Mullligan SN

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: �Participants between the age group of 20-35 years who have text neck syndrome. �Craniovertebral angle �Using any electronic device for more than a year and for more than 2 hours per day. �Score of more than 3 and less than 6 on NPRS and more than 10 on NDI. A score of more than 30 and less than 80 on Internet Addiction scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: �History of neck surgery or trauma, pregnancy in the last 6 months. �Diagnosed cases of cervical disc prolapse, spinal infection or inflammatory disorder, malignancy, stenosis, herniation, spondylolisthesis and osteoporosis. �Current use of any medication or physical therapy treatment since last 2 weeks.

Craniovertebral angle will be assessed using an X-ray and On Protractor smartphone application.Timepoint: Pre and post treatment i.e.on the 1st and 10th day of treatment..
