Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants with immediate history of spontaneous abortion. 2.According to Perceived Stress Scale scoring above14. 3.According to Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAM-A) scoring within 18. Participantswillingtoparticipate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with neurological conditions. 2. History of Medical Termination of Pregnancy(MTP). 3. Drug intake for any mental health problems.
