Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects should be systemically and Periodontally healthy for Control group. Subjects who fulfilled the criteria of Chronic Periodontitis classification given by American Academy of Periodontology and European Federation of Periodontology in 2017 Chronic Periodontitis patients with Pre-malignant disorders Chronic Periodontitis patients with Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma Minimum of 20 natural teeth in the oral cavity to be present Pocket depth � 5mm Radiographic evidence of Bone Loss.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any patient diagnosed with Aggressive Periodontitis. Any periodontal therapy in past 6 months. Any antibiotic, steroids and immunosuppressant 6 months prior to sampling. Pregnant and lactating women
