Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Limb symmetry index more than 90% by single leg hop test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of previous surgery in any lower extremity and spine Athletes with shoulder surgeries Injuries resulting in forceful mobility of lower extremity Revision surgeries Obesity –category I, II and III
