Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Euthyroid state, ASA 1 & 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cardiac & respiratory morbidity, patients with morning sickness, k/c/o PONV, patients on anti hypertensive drugs, allergic to egg lecithin
