Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All inborn preterm neonates less than 34 weeks of gestation with respiratory distress syndrome.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Major congenital malformation Severe perinatal asphyxia with 5 min Apgar score <3
