Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult PLWH in stage 2 (CD4 count between 350 cells/mm3 to 499 cells/mm3) aging between 18 and 49 years who come to Chittoor ART center for Anti-retro viral therapy. 2. who can spare 1 hour of time daily for 6 months for yoga training and practice as per the plan 3. who are otherwise healthy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Who does not fall under stage 2 HIV infection 2. Pregnant women 3. Who have health care ailments other than HIV (active infection, psychiatric ailments, locomotor disabilities, opportunistic infections, TB, COVID and other communicable diseases) 4. Who already have practice of Yoga 5. Who attend < 70% of yoga training or practice sessions
