Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Cut-off value for hamstring shortness: >24 degrees of active knee extension test. 2) Participants willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Individuals diagnosed with any recent lower limb, spine fractures. 2)Individuals diagnosed with neurological disorders. 3)Pregnant women. 4)Individuals having history of back pain.
