Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adult patients attending dermatology outpatient department presenting with Hand eczema.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age Patient with other hand dermatoses, apart from hand eczema, will be excluded with the help of an experienced clinical investigator and necessary investigations Pregnancy, lactation ïâ??·Patients on Topical and systemic steroids and immunosuppressive agents.

Clinico-epidemiological and dermoscopic patterns of Hand eczema will be asessed-at first visit. Severity of hand eczema according to HECSI and dermoscopic features according to severity will be analysed-at first visit.Timepoint: Clinico-epidemiological and dermoscopic patterns of Hand eczema will be asessed- at first visit.
