Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with clinical Sign and Symptoms of Avabahuka. patients in between age 20 years to 70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrolled Diabetes 2. H.I.V, HbsAg Known case 3. Trauma 4. In Pregnancy 5. If patient not willing to continue the treatment.
