Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Knee pain (VAS >5 and gastrocnemius.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with any cardiac/peripheral vascular conditions and varicose veins, Hypertension/diabetic neuropathy, subjects on any analgesics, opioids, and anticoagulants Any musculoskeletal or neurological disorder limiting ambulation.
