Inclusion criteria: Both Genders Age: >18 years BMI Normal: 18.5 -22.9 Overweight: 23- 24.9 Individuals willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with significant neurological conditions Individuals with lower extremity conditions that could potentially affect balance Individuals with history of mild head injuries in the past 6 months
