Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18-65 years 2.ASA physical status � and � 3.BMI

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients at a high risk for aspiration 2.Patients with anticipated difficult airway (Mallampatti grade IV, mentohyoid distance (MHD) 42 cm), obese (body mass index (BMI) >30) patients, limited mouth opening ( 3.History of difficult intubation 4.Emergency Procedure 5.Patient with lung disease, oral or faciomaxillary pathology 6.Patient with upper airway anomaly.

1. First-attempt success rate. 2. Ease of intubation (mIDS) 3. Time to achieve optimal glottic view 4. POGO score in best glottic view 5. Manoeuvres required to achieve optimal glottic view 6. Complications Timepoint: 15minutes
