Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of Primary Insomnia. 2. Age group between 18-70 years. 3. Subjects willing to take part in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects diagnosed with psychiatric disorders like Schizophrenia, Bipolar mood disorder, Schizo- affective disorder, Acute and Transient psychotic disorders and Delusional disorder. 2. Subjects diagnosed with severe systemic disorders like uncontrolled hypertension.
