Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy Patients classified under American society of anesthesiology as Grade 1 without co morbid condition Grade 2 controlled co morbid conditions patients weighs 40-75kgs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not willing to participate in the study History of allergy to opioids or pregabalin History of drug abuse If laparoscopic cholecystectomy converted to open cholecystectomy

1. To determine in difference in mean VAS score at 4, 8, 12,24 hours post operatively in 3 groups.Timepoint: 1. To determine in difference in mean VAS score at 4, 8, 12, 24 hours post operatively in 3groups.

1. To determine total consumption of analgesic in first 24 hrs, postoperativly in all groups 2. To determine the sedation score at different time interval 3. To determine hemodynamics at different time interval. 4. To determine the proportion of cases with complications.Timepoint: 24hrs
