Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Nurses working for at least one year in different areas of the hospital where patients with life-limiting conditions will be admitted. 2) Willing to participate in the study and sign an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Nurses with mental health issues and or taking psychiatric medication. 2) Experienced nurses with prior exposure to palliative care. 3) Participants failing to complete the study intervention. 4) Failure to obtain consent.
