Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients between 18 and 70 years of age, previously diagnosed cases of ANCA associated vasculitis, who have been in remission for more than 06 months, will be included in the study group. 2. Age and sex-matched healthy controls will be included the control group 3. Patient understands and agrees to comply with all specified study requirements and provides written Informed Consent to this effect.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clinical instability with compromised hemodynamics including (not restricted to) a. Symptomatic decompensated heart failure b. Renal failure requiring renal replacement therapy c. Shock due to any cause 2. Patients with a medical condition that limits the life expectancy to less than one year 3. Women who are pregnant or planning to be pregnant 4. Patients with history of Diabetes mellitus 5. Patients with history of smoking 6. Patients with history of premature CAD in a first degree relative (in men aged 45 years, in women aged 55 years) 7. Patients with history of sildenafil use 8. Patients with history of peripheral vascular disease 9. Patients who are ineligible for the study in the opinion of the investigator
