Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Paediatric and adult patients 2.Histology proven Ewings sarcoma, Wilms tumor, and Rhabdomyosarcoma with lung metastases being treated with radical intent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Chestwall/mediastinal primary 2.Inadequate systemic staging Adequate systemic staging will be PET CT for Ewing sarcoma, PET CT/ CECT Thorax abdomen pelvis along with BM studies for RMS, and PET CT/ CECT TAP for Wilms tumor. 3.Patients who have received prior thoracic radiation

MeasureTime frame
To assess the dosimetric parameters of Cardiac sparing intensity modulated WLI with or without respiratory management and compare it with conventional AP-PA WLI.Timepoint: Baseline 3 months 6 months 12 months yearly

To assess difference in clinical outcomes in terms of toxicities (cardiac and pulmonary) of patients receiving Cardiac sparing WLITimepoint: Baseline 3 months 6 months 12 months yearly
