Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 At least 18 years of age or older 2 Known case of T2DM 3 American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I to IV

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients below 18 years of age 2 Patients undergoing another procedure alongwith CABG 3 Redo cardiac surgery, redo CABG 4 Emergency CABG , Off- pump CABG 5 Patients with an active ongoing infection � Patients on cancer therapy � Severe liver disease � Allergies � Connective tissue disorders � Alcohol or other abuse � Refusal of consent for participation
