Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 7 years of age with BMI >=19 kg/m2 for boys and >=18.5kg/m2 for girls 8 years of age with BMI >=19.7kg/m2 for boys and >=19.3kg/m2 for girls 9 years of age with BMI >=20.5 kg/m2 for boys and >=20.2kg/m2 for girls 10 years of age with BMI >=20.4 kg/m2 for boys and >=20.2kg/m2 for girls Children willing to participate in this research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any injuries and illness in past 3 months Any known case of physical disability/ disorder Known neurological condition Known genetic or congenital conditions Any conditions affecting higher mental functions Any conditions not allowing physical activity
