Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children diagnosed with beta thalassemia major Both male and female children in the age group of 8- 15 years Parents having video call communicable device with internet Parents willing to monitor the child during the aerobic training Children and Parents willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unstable Hemodynamic parameters Unstable cardiovascular disease and on medication for the same Orthopedic deformity or recent fracture Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus Neurological dysfunction Diagnosed case of organ dysfsunction Severe respiratory infection

6 Minute walk testTimepoint: Pre and post assessment will be taken. Pre assessment on day 1 before blood transfusion on the day of blood transfusion. Post assessment after 7 week before blood transfusion on the day of blood transfusion.
