Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients with chronic life-limiting ilnesses that are not responding to curative treatment -cancer -chronic obstructive pulmonary disease -dementia -heart failure -neurodegenerative diseases -chronic liver disease -chronic renal disease
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Patients unable to answer questions about severe pain or lethargy - Patients with cognitive impairment (delirium, agitation)
