Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients complaining of white discharge PV with associated symptoms like lower back ache, generalized weakness, vulvar itching. 2. Hb% more than 9gm/dl 3. BMI 18-25kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant females 2. blood stained discharges PV 3. Diabetes mellitus 4. hypertension 5. chronic infections 6. malignant lesions of the genital tract 7. uterine fibroid 8. sexually transmitted diseases 9. venereal diseases 10. taking oral contraceptive pills and having Intra-uterine contraceptive device inserted
