Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: participants with no prior experience of mindfulness training participants with age group of 18-25 years participants with normal or corrected to normal vision and no color blindness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: participants with any neurological musculoskeletal or psychological disorder participants who take medication affecting CNS or Brain
