Inclusion criteria: Students (mentee) First to final Year B.Sc. Nursing Students Mentored at least for one year Willing to participate Faculty (Mentor) Full time teaching faculty working in College of Nursing Working in the institute for more than one year Involved in mentoring the students. Willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students who are not regular in their attendance Faculty on long leave
