Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Clinically (classical chest pain of Angina) and /or any one of the standard investigations Electrocardiography (ECG), Treadmill stress test (TMT), Stress echocardiography, CT-Coronary angiography or Coronary angiography confirmed cases of CAD and willing to participate in study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient or attendant -Non willing to participate or no cooperative in follow-up visits. 2. Associated cardiac valvular or congenital heart disease with coronary artery disease. 3. Acute chest Pain or patient undergone procedure (Stenting or surgery) during this period
