Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All children who require intubation in pediatric emergency
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those children who present to emergency in an intubated state. 2. Tracheostomized children 3. Those conditions which preclude the use of POCUS in children (neck trauma, neck mass, maxillofacial injury, Cervical Spine injury) 4. Emergency intubation with an uncuffed tube. 5. Those who deny consent for intubation and for the study.
