Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) ECG showing ST elevation of 1mm or more in limb leads and 2mm or more in precordial leads in two contagious leads. 2) Elevation of cardiac enzymes (Troponin,CK-MB,BNP)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Clinical and ECG features suggestive of Pericarditis. 2) ECG features suggestive of early repolarisation syndrome. 3) Patients who do not agree to undergo ECHO or coronary angiogram. 4) Electrolyte related depolarisation changes in ECG. 5) NSTEMI
