Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American society of Anaesthesiologist (ASA I AND II) Patients undergoing elective and emergency lower segment cesarean section surgeries under spinal anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient refusal allergy to study drug local site infection coagulopathy altered mental status PIH patients on magnesium.
