Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-Patients will be selected irrespective of sex, occupation caste etc. 2-Patients of katishoola having essential criteria with or without non essenctial criteria. 3-Katishoola , katistambha, supti,toda,tenderness in lumbar region.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Lumbar carcinoma 2)Malingnant tumors in any part of body 3)Autoimmune disorder 4)Uncontolled Diabetes Mellitus 5)Hypertension 6)Thyroid disorder 7)Chronic renal failure 8)Fibrotic condition 9)Accentental and severe injuries fracture of vertebrae 10)Pragnancy and lactating mother 11)Pott,s disease

Clinical outcome assessment among the people registered under the study will be done through 1)SLR test 2)Oswestry Diability Index Katishoola,Katistambha,Katistambha,Supti,Toda Tenderness in lumbar region All the symptoms are graded 0,1,2,3,4 on the basis of intensity confirmed by clinical examination before trial. The clinical improvement during and after trial will also be correlated and assess with previous gradingTimepoint: 8 weeks	—
