Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: subjects with end-stage knee osteoarthritis (according to (KL) grade 3&4) and diagnosed to have sarcopenia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: previous history of lower extremity surgeries, acute osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, neurological deficits of the lower extremity and presence of significant cognitive impairment
