Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: professional runners who train at least 3 times a week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: � Participants with any diagnosed neurological diseases. � History of recent lower limb surgeries. � Presence of any severe lower limb illnesses. � Presence of any open wound on the lower limb. � Runners undergoing power training. � Skin allergy/infection
