Intervention1: TINOSPORA CORDIFOLIA (GILO) : FORM OF MEDICINE
-JOSHANDA [DECOCTION] PREPARATION OF MEDICINE: About 10 grams of Fresh leaves of TINOSPORA CORDIFOLIA (GILO) are taken in early morning and all impurities and dust cleaned, and boiled in 200ml of w
-100ml of decoction in early morning empty stomach [before breakfast] and 100 ml at evening for 3 months. Control Intervention1: TAB METFORMIN: TAB METFORMIN DOSAGE OF MEDICINE
- TAB 500 MG OD FOR FIVE DAYS THEN BD FOR THREE MONTHS i.e 90

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Women aged 15 to 40 yr both married and unmarried , 2.Three criteria from the following confirms the diagnosis. female waist >35inch. TG >150mg/dL. HDL BP >130/85 mm of hg, FBS 110-125mg/dl 2 hour OGTT 140-199mg/dl 3. Patient able to participate in the study and ready to follow instruction. the instruction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: o Pregnant women and lactating mother o Significant cardiovascular /pulmonary/ hepato-renal dysfunction. o Known case of immune-compromised state (AIDS/Malignancies/Autoimmune diseases)
