Inclusion criteria: 1) The patients have not undergone any surgical treatment for OSMF. 2) The patients having inter-incisal mouth opening 20 mm or

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with tempero-mandibular joint problems or trismus caused by something other than OSMF. 2) Immune-compromised patients and those with bleeding disorders. 3) Patients clinically diagnosed OSMF with leukoplakia, erythroplakia or lichenoid lesion and having other mucosal diseases.
