Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients having sign and symptoms of Grahani as described in Ayurvedic literatures. 2.Patients having signs and symptoms of IBS. 3.Patients between 18 to 70 years of both sexes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients of Age below 18 and above 70 years. 2.Patients suffering from malignancies and Chronic systemic diseases like Uncontrolled Hypertension, Uncontrolled diabetes. 3.Patients having any anatomical deformity in Digestive tract. 4.Mentally retarded person/psychological disabled person. 5.Congenital deformity including brain & Spinal cord. 6.Drug addicted person.
