Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants with asymptomatic hamstring tightness of all genders. 2.Age group between 18 to 25 years. 3.Individuals having lack of Active knee extension more than 15 degrees 4.Participants who are willing to participants in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed subjects with neurological deficits. 2. Participants with recent musculoskeletal injury (last 6 months). 3.Diagnosed subjects with skin disease. 4.Participant who exercises regularly or have undertaken lower limb strength training (i.e >1 weekly sessions) in the last 6 months

Primary

MeasureTime frame
UltrasonographyTimepoint: 3 week.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.Active knee extension test 2.passive straight leg raise 3.Muscle testing with handheld dynamometer 4.Lower extremity functional scale 5.Sit and reach testTimepoint: Pre and post assessment will be taken. Pre assessment will be taken on day 1 and post assessment will be taken on after 3 week.
