Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients who are diagnosed with Oropharyngeal Dysphagia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient who has other neurological deficits leading to swallowing difficulties, patient with nil by mouth, swallowing disorders caused by structural lesions, such as an oropharyngeal tumor, impaired communication ability due to cognitive deficit, aphasia or serious psychological disorders, pneumonia or acute medical conditions at the time of enrollment.

Improvement of severity of Oropharyngeal Dysphagia after taking speech and language therapy intervention along with maintaining safe swallowing guidelines including modification of sitting position, eating habit and behavior.Timepoint: 4 weeks
