Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults ( > 15 years) 2. Suspected glioma (radiological) 3. Planed for resection 4. Requiring intraoperative mapping (GA or awake)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unresectable tumor where only biopsy is possible 2. Previous tumor-directed treatment (except biopsy, and no other oncological therapy) 3. Pre-existing psycho-morbid conditions precluding detialed Neurocognitive assessment and suitability for awake brain mapping 4. Contra-indication to surgery

To compare maps of our Indian subjects with those published for other populations 3. To assess NCF serially over the course of treatment and correlate the changes of NCF with patient/tumor and treatment related factors 4.
