Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -patients with adhesive capsulitis (stage 2 and 3) age- 40-65 years -restriction of movement in capsular pattern -unilateral adhesive capsulitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: any recent injury of dislocation, fracture in the upper limb -neurological conditions (stroke, parkinsonism, radiating pain to arm) -patients who are unwilling to participate in the study
