Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI above 27th adult equivalent line

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Adolescent smokers 2. Adolescents whose cognition is impaired. 3. Adolescents having any musculoskeletal, neurological,cardiorespiratory and psychological Condition. 4. Juvenile Diabetes Mellitus
