Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ââ?¬Â¢Active knee extension test ââ?¬â?? a lag of less than 20 degree from full extension football players willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: �History of any recent musculoskeletal injuries of the lower limb in last six months or any other injury preventing the participants from participation �History of any systemic or neurological conditions. �History of skin allergies or sensitive skin �Athletes undergoing any other physiotherapy intervention for lower limb injuries
