Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children 18 years and below who have advanced cancer - both hematological malignancies and solid tumors. This includes: a. Stage IV cancer at diagnosis b. Progressive disease, either primary refractory, or following relapse c. Newly diagnosed cancer, child unfit for treatment due to poor general condition at presentation. 2. Parents/caregiver of children with advanced cancer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children and parents who have refused to give consent.
