Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Students aged between 18 to 25 years 2.Both male and female genders 3. Students sit and study for > 6 hours a day approximately 4. Iliopsoas muscle tightness identified by modified Thomas test 5. Willingness to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Undergoing any rehabilitation or intervention for lower limb at present 2. Known history of neurologic or orthopedic or other disorders 3. Any other systemic illness 4. Any pathologies around hip or iliopsoas muscle
